I’m Terence Choo and this resource page is about my personal journey, what I’ve learned about IPPT and health. I serve in the SPF (NSMen). My short story was that I was excused from IPPT for a number of years (I failed once and barely passed a few times), had poor health, chest pains, very high cholesterol and at one point I had to rest while brushing my teeth because I was so weak. In March 2017 I took my IPPT and got a Gold with 88 points.

I wanted to be strong for myself, my children, my loved ones and my friends. I was tired of being weak and tired. I’d like to share information I used in my IPPT journey.

Everyone would prefer to be healthy, strong and energetic rather than being weak, sick. Healthy parents also tend to influence their children with good, healthy habits that keep them away from illness and disease.

I hope you find this resource useful to develop an improved lifestyle, body and get inspired.

These 2 websites help you to calculate what you need to do in order to reach your target (pass, incentive, silver, gold, commando gold or 100 point gold)
